Nacia is a graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College. She entered the work world by pursuing sales. After a couple of sales jobs, Nacia accepted a sales position with Teltech, Inc., an information solutions company. She sold to start-up and small Minnesota companies. These businesses were in need of the information solutions to complete their R&D. From there she moved to a marketing position with Digital. Over the next seven years that position transitioned back to sales and customer retention as the company was bought out by Compaq and then HP.
In addition to these positions Nacia owned a Jazzercise franchise for several years, owned a home based clothing business and has assisted her spouse in developing different businesses.
After a combined 30 years of being involved in small businesses Nacia and her husband Michael were fortunate to be invited to share their knowledge and experience by becoming Business Brokers. Over the past two years, they have helped over 20 businesses transition from one owner to another. They are the only husband and wife team in the country.
