John Collins	John has been an active business broker since 1988. The majority of this period was spent operating his own business in Albury Wodonga, where he marketed and sold a wide range of businesses in North East Victoria, the Murray Goulburn region and the Riverina. Over recent years he has specialized in selling child care centres in metropolitan and regional New South Wales and Victoria, as well as larger business operations that appeal to the private equity market. He is a licensed Estate Agent with an Associate Diploma of Valuations and is a member of the Australian Institute of Business Brokers. As an experienced member of his profession in both the bush and the city, John is excited about expanding the Sunbelt concept throughout Australia and New Zealand because of the benefits it will provide in terms of expertise and service to its members and their clients and customers. A keen Collingwood supporter, John enjoys playing tennis, racquetball and squash.
