He has been involved in many business sales and acquisitions. In addition he has experience in business consulting and assisting business people in developing business plans and strategic planning. In addition to being a CPA he has earned the designation as a Personal Financial Specialist from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. This designation involves extensive knowledge in the areas of personal financial planning including income taxes, estate taxes, risk management and investment and retirement planning. Mr. Hansen has also earned the designation of Certified Valuation Ananlyst from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. This designation requires training and experience in valuing businesses as a whole as well as valuing individual ownership interests in a business. He has personally founded several companies of various nature.
