Dan is president of Sunbelt Kansas City. In addition, Dan is a national advisor for the Sunbelt organization, and assists in setting national direction and policies for Sunbelt's operations.

Joe Warner, Senior broker in the Kansas City office, has owned and operated four businesses, including 2 business-to-business services and a distribution company. As a Master Franchise for a Quick Service Restaurant, he opened four locations of his own, as well as helping many others realize their own franchise dreams.
