John is a broker in the Sunbelt DuPage County Naperville office. In addition to his experience with Sunbelt, John was National Franchise Sales Manager for McMaid, a nationwide maid service chain, for over 5 years. While there, he was responsible for franchise sales, and all company owned operations.
John has also worked as a District Franchise Sales Manager for The Prudential Real Estate Affiliates, and has worked in franchise sales for Coldwell Banker.
John has also owned a number of businesses. Most notably, John owned a 12 store chain of retail stores that he founded from scratch with a single store. This company became one of the largest in the space, and John is an often quoted expert in many publications covering this industry.

Michael is the owner of the Sunbelt of DuPage office. He brings extensive experience of business ownership having been an owner or principle in several concerns including Event Production, Manufacturing, B-B Service, Construction, and Retail. This experience allows him to relate and understand the goals and challenges facing business owners, as well as providing seasoned insight to business buyers as to the trials and rewards of business ownership. Michael has a degree in Economics from Indiana University, and he currently resides in Clarendon Hills with his wife and three children.
