Bert provides business planning services for Sunbelt clients. Bert is the owner of Egbert C. Brown and Associates, Inc., a management consulting firm that is organized in two divisions. The Business Planning Division specializes in business planning for start-up and existing businesses. The Call Center Operations Division specializes in inbound call center and customer service consulting services for domestic and international companies. Some of the services offered by the Business Planning Division include developing financial models, documenting the plan, supporting the client presentation and/or delivery to financial institutions or investors, monitoring plan execution, and providing ongoing operations support.
