Bob's trademark has to be "experience." He has held senior management positions in government, corporate and private business throughout Canada and much of the world. He has also owned and operated numerous independent businesses, ranging from startup/home based ventures to being an Operator Partner for a major international construction company. He has lived in almost every region of Canada and has worked and lived throughout the USA, and internationally (including Kazakstan/Russia and Angola, West Africa).

While working 15+ years in the oil and gas industry he was responsible for multi-million dollar projects, budgets and people. Although he has a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Manitoba, Bob is one of those people that can work behind a desk or a shovel with the same intensity and passion. He has always believed that the biggest key to working with others is the need to develop trust and a sense of credibility.

Through the recent process of listing and selling his latest personal business venture in the Okanagan/Interior of BC, Bob came to the conclusion that the small business owner, or prospective entrepreneur/buyer, was not be receiving the best value for their dollar from the local business brokerage industry. It seemed that most, if not all, of the industry, was focused on and experienced in real estate only. Having started, built, and sold a number of his own businesses, Bob recognized that buying and selling of a business required an entirely different set of skills and values than those required to sell a house. After an intensive investigation of the business brokerage industry, his clear choice was Sunbelt Business Brokers.

Bob lives in the Okanagan. He is extremely passionate about the entire region of Interior BC and truly believes that there is nothing but upside for the future economic and business climate of this area. Sunbelt is delighted to have Bob on their team of professional Brokers and will represent the Sunbelt organization and values for the Interior region. Bob is a licensed BC Realtor and a member of the International Business Brokers Association.
