Jack Armstrong owns a franchise of Sunbelt Business Brokers of New Jersey for the past nine years. Sunbelt Business Brokers is the largest business facilitation firm in the country with over 350 offices in thirty-eight states. For the last ten years, Sunbelt has been ranked number one by Entrepreneur magazine in the business brokerage field. Jack Armstrong is also the President of FranNet of New Jersey and is chairman on the consulting organization's finance committee. He has also served on Franchise Network board of Directors for several years and currently serves as vice chairman. Last year he sold over 50 franchises. Jack conducts more than 50 seminars a year on the pros and cons of buying a business, many in close cooperation with leading outplacement firms and Small Business Development Centers. He has been actively involved in presenting the basics of business ownership as part of outplacement program conducted by major organizations that are downsizing. He offers free consultation for prospective entrepreneurs. The office is conveniently located in Metuchen, New Jersey near all the major highways. This office is open form 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and we see people by appointment only. The company hosts a free monthly seminar on the basics of buying a business and reservations are required. Jack has an accounting degree and a MBA in finance from Pace University, where he did his thesis on Franchising. The International Business Brokers Association also awarded him the designation of Certified Business Intermediary. He holds a New Jersey Real Estate License. |

Mr. Birnbaum is a Vice President with Sunbelt Business Brokers and a Senior Consultant with FranNet Franchise Connection. He brings over 25 years senior executive experience with regional companies and large international firms. PeterÂ’s clients benefits from his broad expertise in marketing, strategic planning, business management and sales management in both consumer and business to business markets. Much of his corporate career was dedicated to understanding and responding to customer needs, developing innovative products and expanding into new markets. He was Director, Marketing at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Vice President of Marketing for The Bank of New York and United Jersey Banks (now Bank of America).
Mr. Birnbaum holds a BA in Economics from the University of Massachusetts, an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University and is a graduate of The College for Financial Planning. He is also a licensed real estate sales agent. Additionally, he is a member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and several other professional organizations. As an avid volunteer, he has contributed his talents to several not-for-profit organizations and served for nine years on the Town Council of Chatham Borough, NJ.
He lives in Central New Jersey with his wife and three children.
