Steve's extensive career has provided him with a strong foundation in business evaluation, operations management, marketing and client relationship oversight; he has successfully started, built and sold nine separate entrepreneurial ventures. These ventures have included projects in the real estate, relocation, financial services, marketing and sales industries. In addition to his experience with start up and turnaround companies, Steve has also worked with Fortune 500 companies, including a series of successful CEO and COO assignments for corporations, including Merrill Lynch and The Prudential Insurance Company's real estate business. Working with both entrepreneurial and rapid growth businesses has provided Steve with insight into the intricacies of business sale/ acquisition from the perspective of corporate mandates, as well as private business owners. Steve's diverse professional background has strengthened his ability to understand his customer's needs and develop innovative solutions to meet them. Steve attended City College of New York and The Wharton School's Executive Management Program. He and his wife, Phyllis, have three daughters and currently live in Tustin Ranch, California. |

Brent is an attorney who is licensed to practice in California and New York. He is also a Certified Business Intermediary. Brent has over 25 years of in-depth experience in sales and acquisitions of companies and all types of financing transactions. He was most recently a partner in the multinational law firm of Kaye Scholer LLP. His clients have included public and private companies in many different industry sectors.
Brent received his undergraduate degree from Yale University and his law degree from Georgetown University, and graduated from the Management Development for Entrepreneurs Program at UCLA's Anderson School of Business.

Lauren is a true entrepreneur; she has grown up working in many of the 9 businesses her family has owned. She is a Dean’s list graduate from the USC Marshall School of Business with an emphasis in business communication and management and a minor in law and psychology. Lauren’s education and experience give her excellent insight into the motivations and goals of her clients - privately held business owners.
Lauren is a licensed real estate sales agent and is an active member of a number of professional organizations including the California Association of Business Brokers, The USC Alumni Association, The National Association of Women Business Owners (Orange County Chapter), The Women’s Wealth Partnership Organization, and the Institute of Business Appraisers. Lauren is currently studying to become a Certified Business Appraiser and looks forward to this designation by the end of this year.
In just the past few years Lauren has won Sunbelt’s Ed Pendarvis’ Scholarship for Excellence in Business Brokerage and NAWBO’s Scholarship for Education, in which she competed against more than 30 women business owners throughout Orange County. Prior to joining Sunbelt, Ron was a Senior Program Manager with Kleinfelder, Inc., a geotechnical and environmental engineering firm with offices throughout the United States. His expertise was utilized primarily assisting ExxonMobil and Valero Corporation preparing their retail service stations for operation or divestment throughout the United States.

Tuan has over 20 years experience in the hi-tech industry as a technologist and a successful entrepreneur. He co-founded Chameleon Technology in 1995 and sold the company in the year 2000. Prior to this, Tuan worked with S&P 500 companies including Intel, Honeywell, NCR, and TRW where he acquired extensive experience in business development, products development, and operational management.
Tuan brings to Sunbelt his industry experience in hardware, software, e-commerce, manufacturing, and the service industry. He also brings his personal small business know-how acquired from growing up and helping to run his family businesses of an ice-cream shop and a grocery store.
Tuan received his Electrical Engineering undergraduate degree from University of Utah and his MBA (with honors) in marketing from University of Phoenix. And, recently completed advanced training courses in Private Equity/Venture Capital and Financial/Valuation modeling.
