Charlie Broadwater, Co-Owner & Managing Partner. Prior to becoming a business intermediary, he worked in the financial services industry for 27 years. He held executive positions with Bank of America (NationsBank) and has extensive experience in accounting, contract law, loan structuring, sales & marketing. He has a B.S. degree in Management from Virginia Tech, a MBA from East Tennessee State University and is a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking, University of Deleware. As a member of the International Business Brokers Association, Charlie has earned the designation of CBI (Certified Business Intermediary). He is recognized nationally for his work as a business intermediary and serves as a course instructor for the IBBA.

Glen K. Schlickenmeyer comes to the Sunbelt family via a career in the automotive services industry. Having recently sold his chain of automotive quick-lube stores, Glen brings valuable experience and business saavy in helping others find the right type of franchise business that would best suit their needs.
Glen is married to a wonderful woman name Lisa with 3 children, ages 20,15 and 10 years old. He has a degree in Political Science from Christopher Newport University (1984) in Newport News, Va. After a 3 year stint in the insurance industry, Glen followed his desire to be his own boss and using his entrepreneurial skills was self employed for the last 16 years. As Glen puts it "business ownership is the single greatest avenue to financial independence this country has to offer and now I'm thrilled to be able to help others acheive their goals."
