After a successful seventeen year career as operations manager for a chain of building material stores he started three successful businesses (consulting firm, siding company and residential home builder and developer) Mr. Martin opened, his fourth business, Sunbelt Business Brokers of Anderson, S. C. in 1995. In the summer of 2001 he decided to move his office to Greenville, S.C.

In 1989, Mr. Winterburn was part of a successful LBO management team at Uniroyal Goodrich when Michelin acquired it. Mr. Winterburn earned a Masters Degree in Business from Mankato State University and has continued his professional growth by participating in numerous seminars and workshops. |
