Warren Cave is a licensed Florida Broker and President of Sunbelt Business Brokers of South Florida. Warren joined Sunbelt Business Brokers as a Senior Business Consultant in 1997 and opened the South Florida office in 1998. In 1972 Mr. Cave received a Bachelors degree in Industrial Management. Since then he has owned and operated various businesses including a multi-million dollar manufacturing company, a consulting business, an equipment leasing company and a small broadcasting company. Prior to becoming a business broker, Ryan Cave spent over 10 years as a healthcare consultant for the "Big 5";  as an executive with an innovative advertising and marketing firm with Fortune 50 clients; and as head of operations of an international healthcare services company.  Raised in Florida, Ryan is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson and a member of the IBBA.  He received The Million Dollar Plus Award provided by the Business Brokers of Florida for 2006 and 2007 and will receive the same award for 2008.  Ryan earned a Master in Business Administration (concentration in finance) and a Master in Healthcare Administration from the University of Florida.
