Ward was born and raised in Hattiesburg, MS. He was Director of Operations for a Fortune 500 company and was an integral part of their Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) team. Ward was quite active on their team for strategic acquisition searches, and as a member of their executive team participated in strategic planning sessions.

An entrepreneur at heart, Ward started an export company and construction company, as well as having purchased two existing companies over the years. Ward has two bachelors degrees-one in Mechanical Engineering from Mississippi State, the other in International Business from Auburn.


Ward also holds a Broker real estate license and is President of Sunbelt Realty. He is Past-President for the local Toastmasters club and is active in St. Paul United Methodist Church. Ward serves as President-Elect for his Rotary Club. Ward is also Vice Chair of the President's Council for Sunbelt.

As a Financial Advisor for Merrill Lynch, Grady specialized in Financial Solutions for the small to medium sized businesses. Understanding that Small Business makes up the fundamental core of the US economy, Grady made the transition from Financial Broker to Business Broker and Intermediary. Grady has a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and holds a MS Real Estate License. Grady is actively involved in numerous organizations including youth sports, local charities and fundraisers. Through his time as an Airman, stationed at Biloxi AFB and marrying his wife, who was born and raised on the Coast, Grady is firmly entrenched in the culture of South Mississippi.
