Sharon McCrae has over 30 years of experience in launching new businesses, including the site selection process, financing and all aspects of operations. Prior to joining Sunbelt, Sharon acted as controller for a new restaurant venture in the Seattle market. Her responsibilities included managing the accounting function and executing direct marketing programs. She has organized, staffed and supervised the daily operations of a multi unit restaurant chain operating in two distinct markets. As Director of Operations, she was responsible for the growth of revenue and profits, the control of operating cash flow, facility maintenance and capital improvements. Sharon has owned and operated her own business, bringing together her operational skills with her ability to identify developing niche opportunities. As a Sunbelt Senior Sales Associate, Sharon is skilled in working with Sellers in preparing their businesses for sale and in working with Buyers to help them evaluate a business opportunity and look for the hidden value. A particular strength is her sensitivity to the nuances of the negotiation process. Sharon's goal is to assist Sellers and Buyers in navigating the difficult process of selling and buying a business.

Gus Gustavson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in developing, acquiring, operating, restructuring and selling a broad range of businesses. Prior to joining Sunbelt, Gus has worked as a Business Consultant for a major New York consulting firm specializing in organizational development, and has served as Vice President ? Mergers and Acquisitions for a Fortune 500 company. After working for approximately ten years in the large corporate sector, Gus shifted his focus to small, entrepreneurial driven businesses. Over a span of approximately 25 years, he developed, acquired, financed and operated 22 different small business entities. He has experience in market analysis, business modeling, site analysis and selection, lease negotiation, equity and debt financing, and the development and execution of exit strategies. He has extensive experience in the operation and transfer of franchised businesses. Gus received his MBA from Cornell University and served as an officer on a destroyer in the U. S. Navy. His mission is to assist owners in achieving their personal and financial goals through the sale of their businesses.
