Jeffrey Bury Ph.D., CBI is a member of the International Business Brokers Association where he is a Certified Business Intermediary, member of Sunbelt's President Advisory Council and holds extensive business background in the public and private sector both domestically and internationally. Jeff is also a State License Real Estate Agent. Prior to assuming the President/CEO responsibility of Sunbelt business brokers of Northern Ohio, Jeffrey ran two private companies over the past twenty years in addition to holding key corporate executive positions. Bury sharpened his marketing and business development skills out of college at Procter & Gamble. Next he tackled the Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Business Development positions at Wyandot Corporation. Bury then assumed the Executive Vice President and Corporate Director position as a Board of Directors member at Stoller's Corporation. Dr. Bury holds his Bachelor of Science of Management Degree, Masters Degree and Ph.D. in Business with concentration in Marketing and International Business. Jeffrey enjoys evaluating, packaging, marketing and selling businesses by aligning individuals with business opportunities. Jeff devotes some of his spare time to his two sons. As a former Purdue University football player, Bury enjoys watching his oldest son Brian, a former scholarship football player for Michigan State and numerous brief stints in NFL camps, and Brad, also a formerscholarship football player for the Cincinnati Bearcats of the Big East Conference is now in law school.

Jim Morgan is an experienced business owner. He has experience opening a new franchise and has ran several successful businesses. Mr. Morgan has experience in purchasing and selling his own businesses before entering the business brokerage field. He understands what it is like to be on both sides of the table.


Mr. Morgan graduated from Miami University and has had a very successful career in the chemical, photographic and graphic arts markets in sales and management. He earned positions of Vice President, National Sales and Marketing Manager and National Sales Manager. Over the years he earned Salesman of the Year, Top Division Performer and various achievement awards from his efforts.


Mr. Morgan is a member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA).

 
 
Alex Shaheen

Alex Shaheen has owned and operated several types of retail business operatons over the course of a 30-year career. He has experience in general merchandise discount retailing, specialty toy retail, discount drug stores, amusement operations, wholesale trade, food retailing, and overseas procurement.


He has been a buyer of merchandise for over 20 years having at one time or another purchased just about every category in a retail and wholesale environment. Mr. Shaheen has traveled to China at regular intervals to source products. He has negotiated contracts with national chains, set up merchandising programs for a variety of retailers and been awarded a toy license for a series of popular TV characters. He negotiated the buyout of a multi-million dollar inventory of a leading toy and novelty company.


He was a Chamber of Commerce Vice President, specializing in Downtown Development and Small Business services. He initiated several development projects that have had a lasting impact on his community.


Mr. Shaheen is a graduated of The Ohio State University with a B.S. in Business Administration with a dual major in Marketing and Finance. He has taken graduate marketing courses at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland and was certified in organization management at the University of Notre Dame in Indiana.
