Dick is a seasoned business broker with over 10 years experience in closing transactions in SW Florida. He is a past owner of Sunbelt Business Advisors of SW Florida. Prior to opening the Sunbelt offices in Fort Myers and Naples, Dick held senior management and sales positions with mid-market companies in the Insurance and Information Technology industries. Dick is also a past Vice Chairman of the Florida Business Brokers Association (FBBA).

Susan K. Moyer, CBI, comes to Sunbelt Business Brokers with an extensive business background. In 1980 she moved to SW Florida from Illinois. As a long time Florida resident she acquired, owned, leased, and sold her own businesses during the 80’s and 90’s. These businesses dealt with manufacturing, retail, office, warehouse, mini storage, mobile homes, grocery, shipping, transportation, and real estate. In 2001 Susan brought her business knowledge to a successful award wining business brokerage career. She has earned the designation of Certified Business Intermediary, with the International Business Brokers Association, and is a real estate broker with the State of Florida. |

Martin is the president of PCR Group, LLC and is a full time Business Broker with Sunbelt. Martin has been a full time business broker in Southwest Florida since January 2004. Previous small business experience since 1983 includes start up, operations, sales, and management in import/export, real estate, and resort rentals. He successfully sold 4 of his businesses in Ontario, Canada before relocating to Southwest Florida in November 2003. In addition to his small business experience he brings an extensive international network of clients, advisors and referral sources to Southwest Florida small business owners and prospective owners.
