John is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a BBA in Business Systems. He started his career with Control Data Corporation and spent nearly 25 years in senior sales and marketing positions with Cray Research, & BMC Software. He was also Director of Sales for Serviceware Technologies, a software startup that went public in 1998. He is the President of Calhoun-West Inc. which is the holding company for Sunbelt Atlanta Metro as well as other business interests. John has also successfully run his own real-estate management/-rehab and laundry business. John purchased Sunbelt Atlanta metro in 2001 and recently moved its operation from Fayetteville to Peachtree City. John is a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) and a Licensed Georgia Realtor. He is a member of: Fayette-Georgia and National Association of Realtors, International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), Fayette County Chamber of Commerce, and Newnan-Coweta Chamber of Commerce. He is married with two teenagers and an active member of Lighthouse United Methodist Church in Peachtree City.

Julie graduated from the University of Georgia with a BBA in Accounting. After graduation she was employed by NCR as a systems analyst as well as Wang Laboratories as a senior marketing representative. Prior to joining Sunbelt she was employed by a local CPA firm in tax preparation. Julie is currently the franchise specialist for the Sunbelt office. In this role, she brings prospective buyers together with Franchisors. This position requires extensive Sunbelt network training and an understanding of nearly 100 franchise opportunities. She is a licensed Georgia realtor, a mother of two and an active member of Lighthouse United Methodist church.
