Sunbelt Announces France as Next Country for Development

CLEVELAND, OH, April 28, 2008 – Sunbelt®, the largest international network of franchised business brokerage offices, recently announced plans to open new offices in France. Greg Kells has purchased the Master Franchise rights for France and will be leading the development efforts.

“Opening business brokerage offices in France is a tremendous opportunity for Sunbelt,” stated Greg Kells. “We have been very successful in Quebec and are thrilled to utilize our experience working with the French in Canada to help us get a quick start in France. In addition, the strength of the economy in the European Union makes this a great time to expand Sunbelt’s presence in Europe.”

Mr. Kells is also the Master Franchisee for Brazil, Bahrain, Canada, Kuwait, Mexico, Oman, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Spain. Greg has rapidly grown Sunbelt’s presence in Canada to 29 offices.

“With a strong presence in the United Kingdom and development beginning in Spain, Portugal and France, Sunbelt will be the place to go to buy or sell a business in Western Europe,” added Matt Ottaway, Sunbelt Brand Manager.

Greg Kells is an international entrepreneur, with extensive experience in business development, marketing and management. Prior to joining Sunbelt, Greg served as chairman for several companies in industries such as manufacturing, tourism and real estate development. He has also served as the Chair of the Canadian Institute of Conflict Resolution and currently chairs the Canadian Institute of Nature. Mr. Kells resides in Ottawa, Ontario with his wife Gayle.
