| 2008 Edward T. Pendarvis Scholarship Winners are Announced |

CLEVELAND, OH, April 24, 2008 – Sunbelt®, the largest international network of franchised business brokerage offices, recently announced its 2008 scholarship recipients. This year, Sunbelt awarded scholarships to fourteen students. “I am proud to have a scholarship in my name that encourages students to pursue their academic dreams,” stated Ed Pendarvis, Sunbelt Founder and Chairman Emeritus. “With the support of the Sunbelt Corporate office and our franchisees, we are helping to turn those academic dreams into academic achievements.” The Edward T. Pendarvis Scholarship fund was established in 2006 to honor Ed Pendarvis, who founded Sunbelt in 1978. Sunbelt franchisees’ children and grandchildren in any paid-for school or program, at any grade level, can submit an application. “I look forward to watching the scholarship program grow,” continued Pendarvis. “Programs like these can only benefit the families of our franchisees.” About Sunbelt |
