NASHVILLE, TN, November 7, 2007 – Sunbelt of Nashville welcomes Jonathan Grindol as the new office owner. Mr. Grindol recently acquired Sunbelt Business Brokers from its previous owner, Wayne Messick.

Mr. Grindol has been a Senior Broker with Sunbelt for the past two years, assisting in over twenty business sales and acquisitions. He has also performed over 200 business valuations, some of which are used in the transfer and lending process by the Small Business Administration. Jonathan is an active member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA). Mr. Grindol and his wife, Amanda, currently reside in Hermitage and enjoy the outdoors and weekend trips in Tennessee.
